Ellie-Bellie had a shower thrown in her honor this morning at Brockton Villa in La Jolla. It may have been the most gorgeous day of the year. Ava and Joanna invited our friends and fam and we had a great breakfast and got lots of very nice stuff! Knitted sweater from Great, a hand sewn dress from Maddie, the coolest Strawberry Shortcake bag set handmade by Wendy, a Beaba BabyCook from Tia and lots of very, very cute clothes. Thank you everyone for your love for my little girl.
Today we are "helping" Papa at his office. What that actually means is that no one is able to do anything productive. That's okay because it's so much more interesting than dealing with annoying clients. When we leave, the office has to go around and find missing pens, turn printers and copiers back on, pick up bottles out of the showroom and move toys so that customers don't fall. That's what happens with "family businesses." Nice and neat and organized, as usual. OK Papa, let's negotiate. You give me $10,000 for my savings account and I won't tear your office apart. I'll let you think about it while I finish my bottle.
Last night Natalie invited us to her birthday party. What that means is that Natalie had to babysit the entire night since M thinks that Nat-Nat lives to serve her. Happy Birthday Natalie!
Notice the matching outfits from Tia Jessica.... The bouncer at the party....
Tonight Papa and I took E & M to Oktoberfest. It was too crowded for a double-wide stroller but Molly had fun. Papa bought everything she pointed at.
Grilled Sausage Sandwiches - Yum! Molly got a little pumpkin that flashes orange lights. See the flashing pumpkin? :) Later on I couldn't find it and so I asked Molly where it was. She looked up at me and her lips and cheeks were flashing orange lights! She had it in her mouth and it was the funniest thing I've ever seen. Too bad I didn't get a video because we could have made a lot of money off of it.
We found a craft booth selling the CUTEST red head dolls. Of course we had to buy one.
